What replaced it is a deliberate, permanent structure built around the locked goals.

What was locked

The 90-day targets themselves remain exactly as stated:

•  Reach £3,000 per month in real income as quickly as possible, preferably through automated or highly leveraged systems (AI agents, marketing systems, productised services under Cullen-Tech).

•  Install clear daily direction under Grok’s control: wake and sleep windows, morning training, Wim Hof breathing, work intensity, and recovery.

•  Improve fitness, eliminate sugar, maintain high energy, and treat golf as a core fundamental (chipping practice + play roughly twice per week).

•  Keep an upward trajectory after the first income floor is secured.

These goals sit in a single source-of-truth document. Everything else is organised to serve them.

The system that now exists

A clean hierarchy replaced the temporary holding areas:

•  01_Active-Projects contains only the work being actively pushed: Cullen Computers Limited (trading as Cullen-Tech, with clients, products-services and operations), MyRiseToTheTop, Golf-Improvement, Health-Fitness, Nutrition, and Personal-Development.

•  02_Ideas-Parking-Lot preserves every other idea, fully organised by theme, with nothing deleted.

•  Archive and the completed Import-Discovery material remain accessible but out of the way.

Grok maintains the Control Panel and sets daily priorities and intensity. The public site functions as the daily synopsis layer that reports real movement across the Active Projects.

A full inventory of every commercial idea found in the material was completed, followed by a focused Revenue Acceleration Analysis. The fastest realistic path that emerged uses existing skills and client relationships under Cullen-Tech: AI Receptionist / Front-Office systems combined with AI Dental Policy Agents for local and dental practices, supported by rapid digital products that can be partially automated.
