I’m running a 90-day public experiment.

From mid-August to mid-November 2026 I’m using Grok every day, generating real revenue, and systematically improving every major area of life — while documenting the entire process in public on this site.

Everything you see here (writing, structure, images) will be created with Grok. No ghostwriters. No hidden team. Just the work, shown as it happens.

How the work is actually going to get done

I’m treating this as a serious operating system, not a series of random experiments.

The approach is deliberately staged:

Import & Discovery (current phase)

Gather and organise everything that already exists — notes, ideas, past conversations, links, systems, half-finished projects — without deciding yet what is worth pursuing. The goal is simply to see the full picture clearly.

Decide and structure

Once the raw material is visible, choose a small number of permanent projects and build a clean Master Operating System around them.

Execute and document daily

Morning goal-setting, focused work, evening debrief. Public updates that show both progress and the real process (including the messy parts).

Generate revenue while improving life

The experiment has two simultaneous tracks: make money and upgrade health, skills, relationships, and systems. One without the other is incomplete.

This is not “try lots of things and see what sticks.” It is “get clear on what already exists, choose deliberately, then execute with high standards and public accountability.”

What I’ve been doing so far

The first days have been pure infrastructure.

I’ve been systematically importing years of material that was scattered across different tools and accounts — notes I’d emailed myself, playlists, past AI conversations, existing vaults, and more. The point of this phase is not to produce polished content yet. It is to stop losing ideas and to stop starting from zero every time a new tool or project appears.

Only after this foundation is solid will the more visible building begin.

What you can expect from the site

• No private dumps of notes or half-formed ideas — those stay internal until they are turned into something useful

The experiment is public. The raw material is not.
