Yesterday the foundation work continued, but the focus shifted from pure organisation into making the system actually usable day-to-day.

The main progress was locking a clear daily rhythm. We defined simple, high-signal Start of Day and End of Day questions, then shaped the prompts so they work cleanly with voice (Wispr Flow). The goal is speed and consistency: open the chat, run the prompt, get clear priorities, work, then close the day properly with a short report and public update.

We also went back through the four key foundation conversations from the previous days and turned them into permanent internal summaries. Those were then combined into one clean overview so the decisions, open threads, and next actions from the entire setup phase sit in a single place.

From that work, one practical improvement became obvious: open threads were still scattered. So a living Open Threads file was created. It now holds every unresolved item in one place and will be checked at the start of every day. This stops important next steps from getting buried as the volume of work increases.

The three items still outstanding at the end of the day were recorded clearly:

•  Further refining the daily prompts for voice use

•  Updating the project custom instructions so they match the locked system

•  Returning to the high-leverage ideas (including whether Charisma becomes an Active Project)

The Import & Discovery phase is complete. The goals are locked. The file structure is in place. The daily rhythm is defined. The system for not losing open work is now live.

Today the work moves into actual directed execution using that rhythm.
